About Me
Hi, welcome!
I’m Andy. I am a pre-licensed clinical social worker. I am queer, ENM, and kink-affirming in my life and in my practice. I have over 15 years practicing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. I am a playful creative with a love for cinema, music, gardening, and I occasionally act in community theatre. I have a growing collection of vinyl records, house plants, and tarot decks that I adore.
My path towards the work I do first began many years ago while working with youth in experiential and outdoor education. This led me into the world of leadership development, community organizing, and social justice facilitation work which focused on causes such as economic, racial, and environmental justice.
I went on to receive my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Vermont in 2023.
I use a collaborative, playful, and compassionate therapeutic approach, and incorporate narrative therapy, somatic modalities, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT). My role in our therapeutic relationship is to accompany you and support you, and provide a non-judgemental space to process all that might come throughout the journey.
